Rich Berg and Phil Nussbaum brought Jason with them when they founded the Performance Trust Companies in 1994. Jason has taught at Performance Trust University® for many years, has served on the faculty of the Graduate School of Banking of the South, as a Board Member of a community bank, and specializes in educating financial institution Boards. With Phil and Rich, Jason serves on the Board of Managers of Performance Trust. He is also a Board member of PTIA, Performance Trust's asset management group, and serves on the Investment Committee of PTMR, the company's pooled investment vehicle. Jason has a Master's degree in business with a concentration in finance and statistics from the University of Chicago. He completed his undergraduate work at the University of Kansas.
